Planned change processes / restructuring measures, which eventually come to nothing? I have often experienced this both as an employee and as a manager! There were however a number of positive results, but usually only if the employees were involved with the processes. It is through this experience that we have developed our offer of a combination of coaching and consultancy.
The strength of my professional career is the ability to quickly assess the complexity of a job definition, resort to my manifold experience, and thus develop customised practical new solutions and/or support their development.
I have over 20 years experience in the corporate financing world as a company consultant for financial consulting questions, and since 1997 in an executive position. In the span of my career I have supervised and counselled middle-sized companies to multinational industrial corporate groups on the one hand and institutional customers on the other.
A 2.5 year "excursion" as general manager of a medium-sized retail and logistics enterprise was a very valuable gain in order to get to know and value the thematic complexity and diversity of a middle-sized enterprise not only from the viewpoint of a consultant but also first-hand (as a businessman).
