Anne Piegsda
Coach and training coach, works in an advisory capacity since 22 years. Core areas:  Consulting and mentoring of highly gifted and highly sensitive adults, high potentials, managers and entrepreneurs in decision-making situations, for questions relating to career and potential development and competence advancement.  She holds workshops and seminars for managers and teams in the areas co-operation, motivation and communication (seminar methodology: outdoor events, action and experiential education ).  As Managing Director of the European Institute for Knowledge- and Value-Management (EIKV), she involves herself with value-oriented businesses and personnel management.

René Borusiak
supports companies in transformational projects and brings in his background as psychosocial coach (ECA), graduate industrial engineer and as former business consultant with 15+ years of advisory work and project experience.
Acting as a „Project Counsellor“ he focuses on executives driving the transformation and supports them mainly during individual sessions in their particular role: as designer and motivator, as an authentic paragon within change processes but also as individual and human being with its own wishes and goal conflicts.

Sabine Klarmann
Graduate engineer (Dipl.-Ing.), for over 25 years consultancy dealings for customers/clients.  After a long-term with also international experience in the field of architecture/interior design together with multinational corporations, she became, after an additional university education in Sydney, self-employed in 2002 in the area Corporate Design Consultancy and as designer for small and medium-sized businesses and organisations. 
Since 2008, after further pertinent training, she is successful in systemic solution-oriented training, in coaching and business coaching, both for individuals and groups, coupled with team-building processes.

Carsten Hennig
Since 1997 active in adult education in the field of communication. Since 2004 a self-employed trainer, coach, associate professor and author with focal points on soft issues in the business context.
Training core areas: Managerial competences, team development, conflict management, communication.  Training and further education:  MA Media Studies, major field of study Business Education (Leadership Didactics), Systemic Consultant (DGSF), Conflict Advisor (Transcend), individual psychology, sociometric assessment, outdoor training, etc.

Silvia de Jonckheere
Lecturer for integrated solution-oriented psychological/personality development ("ILP"), Head of 3 ILP institutes, and since 2006 self-employed with her own coaching practice.  Previously, years of professional experience as a savings bank businesswoman as well as self-employment in retail and community health.  Her coaching system is a combination of group and single coaching.




Stefan Pätz
Meaningfully combines as a graduate psychologist both organisational and business-psychological aspects as well as a knowledge of clinical psychology.  Since 5 years active in the conception and execution of further training measures in university and extramural areas.  He supports gbcc in the conception and realisation of both seminar and training offers.  Special core areas: Seminar and training development, competence focused communication, systemic therapy and counselling, behaviour therapy.
  

Claudia Schlotz
Business psychologist (BA), specialised in individual business coaching, she works with clients on their mental strengths and the capability for self-reflection.
Thereby the inherent potential can be developed and consequently made useful for professional and personal growth.

 
 

Susanne Aukes
Author, pr-consultant and strategic lateral thinker. She learned to conjoin her passion to network with her PR Consultant profession and to fuel this combination with sociological knowledge. At times this brings her into the position to start thinking out of the box. She creates and develops sustainable communication concepts, focused on the individual`s power of innovation and society`s creativity. She writes children´s book as well as socio-economic specialized (text) books. She is convinced that true enhancements are based upon the creation of new processes and the use of the collective intelligence. Thus each of her services will comprehend an interactive, coaching facet.

Christine Groppe
A graduate radio journalist and graduate musician, has 15 years experience as a musician with tours world-wide and as a presenter and editor in radio and television. Since 2 years she works as a coach in the field of customer orientation.
