Since normally a client's voluntariness and willingness to undergo a coaching is extremely varied, we recommend as a first step conveying subject-oriented know-how by means of a training course.

- Team-building Coaching for project teams, for single departments and for managers on the same hierarchical level. Team-building takes place in 5 phases! We support you in this. The coaching can be organised as a pure work event or in the combination "Work" and (In-/Outdoor) "Event"!
- Monitoring Support of Change Processes. Upcoming changes are often perceived as a threat and risk by employees. By means of information, training and coaching measures the involved parties are included as early as possible and thus prepared for the upcoming change.
- Coaching of Conflicting Parties. Once fronts harden, parties may listen to each other but without understanding the other's point of view! The usual solution is to go separate ways or a superior decides in favour of one party.
The external coach serves as mediator and "translator". Appreciative communication will be facilitated, a joint target defined and implementation accompanied.
