To put it simply, business coaching is characterised by a role theme:
How the person feels, thinks or how he or she manages to direct his or her role expectations in his or her business environment.  This sometimes is in direct contrast to his or her actions in private!

In the strict sense, the aim of business coaching is to support successful business dealings within an organisation.  Here the coach enters into a process with the involved (individual) persons in order to encourage a target- and solution-oriented action.

As coaches we work in a systemic, resource-, solution- and process-oriented manner.

  • Process-oriented acknowledges the fact that a human being's personality is by no means static, as is often assumed, but rather subject to continuous development.  Since such development can tend towards different outcomes depending on specific types of personality, we support a positive, type-specific development through our knowledge of personality types and the dimensions of competence!

  • Solution-oriented primarily puts the focus on goals and their realisation instead of conducting a lengthy analysis of problems and the past!

  • Resource-oriented analyses and strengthens the client's existing capabilities to enable forthcoming independent and stable positive attribution of the hitherto deficit dimension of competence.

  • Systemic enables to investigate the relations/interaction with others and, if necessary, change these in a productive and supportive manner.
